Coming to Maui's Tea House Cottage bed and breakfast retreat is an adventure. About 40 minutes from the airport you leave the north shore's Hana Highway and travel on a bumpy, country road for about a mile. Passing green fields and a sparkling blue sky toward the ocean, you know you are leaving traditional tourism behind. Driving onto the grounds you find the cottage set in a lush tropical garden with a splendid ocean view through palm trees. Its open, airy and tastefully furnished rooms are designed for comfort. Two decks, a screened lanai, bedroom, small kitchen, unique bathhouse, spacious gardens, trails and vistas give guests many choices for enjoyment. Breakfast is provided daily.

A wonderful, rejuvenating respite in a perfect place of peace and beauty. Everything is so tastefully arranged with such simple luxuries. The lush solitude engulfs the senses at the Tea House Cottage. This was an unforgettable two days.

The Tea House Cottage B & B on Maui is a romantic tropical fantasy come true. It is ideal for honeymooners; a very private romantic paradise set in lush tropical vegetation. Created by an artist to inspire her own work, the gracious rooms of this peaceful hideaway welcome you. You may also enjoy the peace and stillness surrounding the Tibetan Buddhist stupa (the first one built in America). Meditate gazing at a beautiful open sky or practice yoga watching the sunrise. During the season you can see whales passing in their ancient ritual migration.

Ann, I knew from the moment I heard your voice that we would be welcome here. Damien and I were amazed by the mental and physical transformation that the cottage inspired. We reconnected with nature, each other and the wonder of life. We are so sorry to leave this behind to go back to the concrete jungle, but we hope to see you again. Thank you for everything.
